I agree contracting doesn’t automatically have to be bad, and I also agree a lot of the problem has to do with healthcare.

I think there’s a lot going on here, but people at the lowest rungs of the economy are getting the brunt of it, in a way people in the software industry just generally don’t even see. Their world is very different from ours.
